We ship Monday through Saturday.  We do not ship to the following states: Michigan, Oklahoma, Minnesota, Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Tennessee, and Indiana.  We also are unable to ship to Pearl River County in Mississippi.

 

Same-Day Shipping Cutoff Times

Monday through Friday  -  3PM Central Standard Time

Saturday  -  12PM Central Standard Time

These are firm cutoffs.  If your order is made after the cutoff time has passed, your order will ship the next day (or Monday if placed after Saturday cutoff.)

 

USPS Shipping Estimates

1-5 Days: First Class 
This is our Free Shipping option.  First Class shipping may take 1-5 days or more depending on your location. On average, this method takes 2-3 days.  Recently, with changes made to how the USPS prioritizes it’s packages First Class is now considered the lowest priority.  What this means is that if there is a high volume of Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express, those shipping options will take priority over First Class.  We do not suggest this option if you are restricted on time.

 

1-3 Days: Priority Mail 
Priority Mail shipping is generally our most popular non-overnight option.  Many packages with this option arrive in 2 days.  This is a cost-effective method with a delivery speed between First Class and Priority Express.

NOTE: This option CAN take 1-3 days, and we have seen delays up to 4-5 days or more on RARE occasions, generally during the holiday season.  Priority mail is not always guaranteed in 2 days.

 

FedEx Shipping Estimates

1-5 Days: Home Delivery® 

FedEx Home Delivery is a ground shipping service that delivers to residential areas. It is faster to more residential locations than UPS Ground. FedEx Home Delivery also delivers to more residential locations than UPS Ground on the weekend.  This option is the only FedEx option that will deliver on Saturday at no extra charge.

 

1-2 Days: 2Day® A.M.

With FedEx 2 day shipping, your packages are delivered within 2 business days throughout the United States. You can choose from two delivery options based on your shipment's urgency. FedEx 2Day® A.M. offers morning delivery on the second business day. This is a good choice for people who need the package earlier during the week days.

NOTE: This delivery is restricted to Monday- Friday. If this delivery option is chosen and shipped out on Friday, the package will be delivered Monday.

 

 1-Day: Priority Overnight®

Delivery the next business day by 10:30 a.m. to most businesses in the contiguous U.S. and by noon to residences and 4:30 p.m. to some rural areas.

NOTE: This option, like all other shipping options can experience a delay on very rare occasions.  Please understand that while we are genuinely apologetic to customers who experience this,  there is not much we can do other than our current policy; providing a discount code to help make up for the situation.  Once we drop a package off to USPS or FedEx, it becomes that companies' responsibility to successfully deliver your package.  

 

1-Day: Overnight Saturday Delivery

This option is the best choice for urgent delivery on Saturday for an additional charge.   This option uses the FedEx Priority Overnight shipping option, with the Saturday Delivery upcharge included.  This option is to be used on Fridays only, for package delivery on Saturday.

 

Delayed Package Policy

Sometimes packages can be delayed, usually due to either a high volume of incoming mail at the shipping service, a natural disaster, or holidays.  When a package is delayed, a lost package claim can be made which will get the package moving within 24 hours of filing the claim, or it will help you receive confirmation that the package is actually lost and not just delayed which we can use to process and ship a replacement order to you.  To file a lost package claim, you must call USPS or FedEx or use the claim forms on their website.  Do not use the lost package claim forms on their websites, as these are largely ignored from our experience.  Call USPS(1-800-275-8777) or FedEx(1-800-463-3339) Customer Service and push your way past the robot(just keep asking to speak to a customer service representative or pressing the # sign) and once it connects you to a live person, just let them know you would like to file a lost package claim.  They will ask you a couple of questions about your package, and give you a claim number.  Keep this handy in case they verify that it is lost.  Your package should now begin moving within the next 24 hours.  If it does not, give them a call back and see if they can verify whether or not it is lost.  If it is considered lost by the shipping service, we will re-ship your full order and expedite it.  We cannot re-ship without confirmation from the shipping company that the package is lost and will not be recovered.  If they tell you that they need to speak with the shipper, send us an email with your claim number and we will give them a call.  NOTE: If your package is delayed, we will also send you a discount code.  Just send us your tracking number, or a screenshot showing it was delivered late.  We do not pursue refunds for shipping delays from shipping companies
